During the warranty period, our company provides free repair services. However, additional repair costs may apply in the following situations:
Within the warranty period, the free repair and replacement service only applies to problems caused by material or processing defects under normal use. The shipping costs during the warranty period will be paid by each party for one round trip.
If the product is damaged due to human error and can be repaired, repair fees will be charged based on the extent of the damage. If the product cannot be repaired, the product will be returned to the customer. If the product has been opened, or if the original serial number, stickers, or aluminum labels have been tampered with or removed, the warranty will be void.
If the product exceeds the warranty period, the full round-trip shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Please refrain from having any liquids on and in the keyboard while using the product, as this will render the keyboard completely unusable and unrepairable. Customers are advised to be particularly cautious about this.
Please understand that not all keyboard issues can be repaired.
Regarding keyboards that have been exposed to moisture (including dampness, water damage, or liquid infiltration), due to recent adjustments in repair regulations and specifications, we are currently unable to accept repairs for similar situations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
